Welsh Rarebit using the Sriracha Double IPA Cheese Sauce, this version of the classic recipe is very quick and easy. We paired this little snack with the Samuel Smith’s Imperial Stout. The result was a pleasant play of richness and sweetness.
Sriracha Double IPA Welsh Rarebit
- 4 TBSP Sriracha Double IPA Cheese Sauce
- 6 crostinis
- Smear Sriracha Double IPA Cheese Sauce on each crostini
- Place under a low temperature broiler until the cheese bubbles
