Saison Lemon Aioli

A light and bright aioli with spice notes from the Stone Brewing Saison. Use this sauce on chicken and pork for an interesting zing. I used it with the Pork Sirloin with Pale Ale and Lemon Marinade.

Saison Alioli

  • 4 oz. Stone Brewing Saison
  • ½ cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, fine chop
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Blend until smooth
