Pale Ale Almost Dry Rub

What’s the start of any decent BBQ session? That’s right, the dry rub of your chosen meat. Dry rubs with their spices and herbs season the outside of your meat, and the sugar helps to form a caramelized crust and impart a slight sweetness. This “dry rub” differs from most in that it has just enough pale ale added to promote some beer flavor in the rub.
