I love bacon…shit, who doesn’t? But I hate the mess and occasion grease burn that comes from doing it on the stove top. The solution to the oily problem is to bake your bacon. The resulting strips of pork are crisp without any burning. A big plus, no flipping or messing about either…just time to chill out while your divine cured meat cooks up to perfection.
- Bacon (duh)
- Adjust the oven rack to the middle position and preheat the oven to 400°F
- Arrange the bacon slices on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 20-25 minutes...have a beer
- Get your bacon on!
