Beef Tenderloin Lollipops

Beef Tenderloin Lollipops

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs. beef tenderloin, cubed
  • 3 TBSP red wine
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • ½ tsp hot chili powder
  • ½ tsp tarragon
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine tenderloin cubes, red wine, herbs, and spices
  2. In a large skillet, sauté marinated beef tenderloin in olive oil
  3. Cook until browned
  4. Transfer beef to a baking sheet
  5. Top with blue cheese
  6. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes
  7. Insert toothpicks into appetizers
